You can read them whenever you see fit because like The Anxious Morning, I designed this to exist outside the noisy and chaotic social media scroll.
The course is designed for anyone that wants to get started on the recovery journey but feels overwhelmed and isn’t sure where to start or what to do next. The course is also designed for anyone that feels like they’ve lost their way and needs to get “back to basics” to re-start (which is never a crime in recovery)!
