The Anxious Morning is something I’ve wanted to do for quite some time. A short daily email with useful anxiety information that educates, informs, empowers and inspires. If I do this right, you’ll wake up every weekday morning to practical tips or words of wisdom that will help you start your day on the right foot, headed not into fear, but toward recovery. You won’t need a silly algorithm to show it to you, and it won’t be buried under an avalanche of stuff in your Facebook or Instagram feed. You can sit quietly, read, and take from it what you need.
I’ve produced almost 200 podcast episodes, thousands of helpful social media posts, and three Amazon bestselling books about anxiety and anxiety recovery. I’ve built a social media community of over 50,000 people all working toward overcoming anxiety and anxiety disorders.
I lived for more than 25 years with anxiety, panic disorder, and clinical depression before making a full recovery.
