Drew, thank you very much for the sites! I love you remembering the name Alan Hale and not having to ask Google. Drew! what about writing about THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SENSE OF HUMOR IN RECOVERY? Just an idea, thank you as always ;) , good week for everyone!

I could not agree with you more Drew! Recovery begins with educating ourselves and not googling. Google creates more anxiety and more depression when you read the doom and gloom. The anxious truth, the happiness trap, DARE, Help for your nerves books all educate you and reinforce you are the cure so read on. Thanks Drew. Love you Big Guy!

I honest and truly believe my “visits” to doctor google sent me further into anxiety. The whole thing started with a health issue and so when the physical symptoms of anxiety started I was sure I was dying. I spent countless hours scared and on the couch researching every symptom and every sensation. Doctor google never failed to give me lots of fear filled answers to what was wrong. I don’t google anymore, ok, I have occasionally done it. I still have symptoms but I definitely feel like I’m in recovery. I really think that your advice and my therapist to stop googling made a big difference. It helped lift some of the focus off of how I “feel” and how the symptoms “feel”. Thanks so much!

This was extremely helpful to me! Health anxiety is what I deal with and Google is the absolute worst. It really helps to understand the algorithm. Thank you for factual information!

I'm being lazy now by asking if you know the British equivalent of those numbers. I had a 2 year wait to get an appointment with time to talk NHS. They give you 20 sessions tips. I've had 3 now and haven't even started experiencing exposures.
