Thank you Drew ✨! Now I can clearly understand the difference between stress, regular anxiety and disordered anxiety.

Is highly important ( not saying that it is the only thing) that reducing stressors in your daily life might mitigate your disordered anxiety, right?

Disordered anxiety is largely based on seeing anxiety itself as the driver of more anxiety and fear. So stress management is not a bad life skill at all, but be careful about deciding that you need to avoid stress to avoid being "triggered". I'm not telling you to pick a fight with your partner every day, but the idea that you need to steer clear of being anxious is kinda what creates this problem to begin with.
