Me me me . Been out of work2 years now, hate it . My anxiety has me questioning so much , even when I look at jobs , there it is ? My anxiety bombarding me with it will be boring , you won’t like it , won’t fit in , loser , doomed . And because some of these things have occurred in jobs before , they seem so real
And this applies to everything that comes from now on, then principles would be the same.
