I am in a deluge of tears as this has struck a deep place in me. At 68, I have struggled through the hardest place in my entire life since 2018. And I have wondered( many times) if I could even do this now. A mindset that I never experienced before.

Beautiful! This one made me cry. The daily struggle with panic is so painful, and often feels hopeless. We are all white-knuckling through so much of our days. Wow!! 💓 wise words from Stevie Nicks so true we do things to please others to show we are okay I’m at that point in my life where I’m doing for the health of myself inside and out , once again I’m truly grateful that I found you drew!!! Thanks for your help regardless if I feel like the process is going super slow it’s still progress. I don’t have to beat myself up thinking it’s never going to happen anything I do I hear your voice. ( did you die , go crazy? No you felt things and thought things. and feelings and thoughts can’t and could never hurt you ) gets me through my tough times 😄 now to my Stevie Nicks playlist for the day 😁 my favorite song is Rhiannon ❤️
