Sometimes the JUST DO IT is necessary...I literally just open the front door and GO....every time....go go go!!! No matter what.

Sometimes it's rough. Sometimes better.

I will literally do anything to "not feel" the feelings, hence why exposures are so hard. Thanks for telling us your story of bravery and hope.

Anxiety loves indecision 😖 it’s anxietys best friend. It’s such a trip how thoughts and thinking something... a thing that’s not tangible can cause so much damn distress!!!! This imaginary danger and all the what ifs literally make our body go nope this is too damn dangerous all systems goooo! It’s happening..the panic is here 😩 and all I might be doing is staying home alone or driving down the street ( me a grown adult feeling like I’m 3 years old 😭 and wanting someone or something to rescue and sooth me) .

Fantastic story!!! I relate to every word. I love the conclusion of just making a choice, remembering that the consequences are not forever. I waffle every day over so many things, and it's good to get permission to be okay with either direction I take. I am in the middle of making a choice about giving an on-line presentation in a week, and have been trying to decide for 2 weeks if I can do it without having a panic attack! I only have one more day to decide and tell my friend. Thanks for this very timely message!!! It's going to help me decide today!

Thanks for sharing. This is me. So many times with so many things and I ping ping all the time. It’s awful. It’s happening a little less than it used to so I guess that’s some progress for me but it still happens. . Could really relate . Hope one day I can look back from the position of recovered as you do with your stories now.
