This is a great way to wrap up this project of yours Drew. I’m really looking forward to seeing the next three. I love the basics, and today’s post was perfectly digestible for me. You tend to overthink everything when anxious trying to “feel” better, but all that thinking and trying only digs a deeper hole. This simple reminder is a great way for me to start the day. I am safe even if I’m afraid. Years of anxiety has taught me that this is absolutely true. Thank you for everything you do!
