On New Year’s Day at 3am, I was confronted with an intruder trying to break in, with a pounding heart I ran up 2 flights of stairs to get help and didn’t feel any symptoms like I get with anxiety. Just shows how we feel danger when there is no danger and when there is danger, nothing!

WAAAAAAAAAA! This made me cry. It was so inspiring and touching! I can't believe it's over.

Drew, I was so lucky to find you at the beginning of this year, almost at the beginning of my entire journey. I had the privilege of listening to all 230 podcasts and they raised me up each day, when the only other person who supported me was my therapist. You have been a steady and strong light in this very difficult and dark impairment. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do to make us feel less isolated and accepted as we are. I will miss your wisdom each day and I look forward to hearing more on your site, YouTube and the various other places that we can see you. I wish you the happiest 2023 and may God bless you for all that you do for others. You have helped me more than I can ever say in this little post!

ooh I do love a mystery ending with a ‘Will there be a sequel..??’ moment😁 Thanks Drew for a wonderful year and all the hard work you’ve put in to making The Anxious Morning podcast… it’s helped enormously. Its short, sharp, regular format has made it even more possible for you to ‘get inside our heads’ (in a good way). For those of us who’ve read your books, it’s been like a slow-release of all those essential principles and strategies, which maximises content retention and reinforces learning.

For me, what you’ve given me are three key gifts: 1. BELONGING (I’m not alone in the universe, there are others!!), 2. HOPE (it’s possible, though not always easy, to get better & lead a more normal, happier, free life) and 3. PURPOSE (recovery has literally become my goal in life, now that I know it’s actually possible). Thank you🙏🏼
