Thx Drew, you are right I sometimes can sat in bed for hours thinking 🤔 but I don't accomplish anything I see a big difference when I just get up in my mental then when I stay in bed it's the feeling of accomplishment
This was so needed…I wake every morning WAY too early and lay there with physical sensations of anxiety racking my body and all the scary thoughts start. I need to get a better routine. I do make my bed and I do have some morning responsibilities, but ever since I let anxiety steal my job and my confidence to drive ( dizzy, ugh), I find the fear seep in while I look ahead to a day filled with nothing but time. Thank you so much. I am going to re-read this chapter.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do. I'm currently going through a rough dpdr recovery and you have pushed me to get up and take my life back. This podcast spoke to me today I was ready to go back into bed on my day off. I'm now headed to do an exposure at the gym. Thank you 🙏🏻

Helped me this morning because I’ve always had morning anxiety. But getting up
and getting ready for work gives me purpose. Is that the same??
I guess I'm lucky to have a litter box to clean in the morning ;) It's certainly a challenge!

Thank You Drew ✨, even with GAD ( I can make four beds in the morning ) starting the day with a well defined structure changes all my day.
“Seven Percent slower” is also
Helping a lot 🙏🏻
Great advice! Thanks Drew 👍

Thank you Drew. It totally makes sense especially when anxiety is at its highest in the am.
Thanks Drew I'd never thought of that before I think it will help
