thanks drew. i noticed i had a few mins today while doing exposure that i wasn't so focused on it. is it where we put our focus on? it didnt bother me. my head was else where.
Thanks Drew. I am beginning to understand that if I say I'm experiencing anxiety rather than saying I have anxiety, it distances me from the moment, so I can look at myself in a different way. Instead of saying I am an anxious person, I will say I am experiencing anxiety at certain times. This is definitely a change of thinking for me. It won't be easy, but I will certainly try.
