I always say to myself or others " I have anxiety", changing the narrative to " I experience/ed anxiety" changes my mood and also reliefs me from the forever sentence to live with it. Thank you so much for this Drew!
Drew wonderfully said the last few days! Thank you for reinforcing the way we see ourselves. I work everyday with ACT therapy now and have seen a vast improvement in my anxiety. Love you Big Guy!
I have a dental checkup next week which I was experiencing anxiety about, but if I stick to the phrase experiencing I think I will be able to face it without medication. Thanks again Drew.
