Love this...just this morning I told my husband that every step I take is an ocd fight. and that each step keeps me going! Then I read your Anxious Morning "A Series of Tiny Choices"!!!Thank you so much. I also experienced this morning that each choice is not the best...but I continued making more helpful tiny choices. Your podcast is very very on point and supportive!

Great reminder for those of us that “want it over now”! We never see the progress we make and during it, it seems like nothings working or it’s taking forever. It isn’t until one day we look back and go WOW, those little steps did make a difference because I’m not where I was I’m better. Love you Big Guy

Excellent feed & sums progress up perfectly (no silver bullet). Have been listening/subscribed to The Anxious Morning for some months now but only just figured out how to like & leave comments lol (got to ‘sign in’). Thanks Drew for your brilliantly-articulated daily pearls of wisdom, it helps enormously as it’s a daily challenge (from a London, UK listener).
