Couldn't it be true that when one is in a state of flow, doing exactly what they want to do and love to do ...you know that state where we almost lose track of time, because we're alligned just right with what we are doing....that that is in a way a form of meditation? For example, if you are a musician making music and it's going well, isn't that a form of meditation? Art? Writing? Whatever when it's going smoothly.
Yes, I think the state of flow is probably the exact opposite mental condition of me during agoraphobia. Instead of time flying and things happening with ease, everything drags by and I'm hyper conscious of every little problem
