This is awesome Drew. I needed a reminder as my physical symptoms just keep changing. They are predictable, but also catch me off guard when they morph from heartbeat, to dizziness, to skin sensations, then back again. It’s all the same ole shit! Thank you for all you do!
I always feel better from derealization or depersonalization when feeling better from GAD always! It’s like a domino’s effect , thank you Drew and also for your books suggestions 🙏🏻💕
Well said Drew! I am doing so much better at allowing all symptoms and sensations to be present and not engaging. Accepting and getting comfortable is definitely the key. Some days are easier then others however that is how we grow! As always Love you Big Guy 😊
Haha, yes, hate it when you say that, but truly appreciate it! Ironically I have the DPDR and dizziness issues. I’m getting better about just moving through my day even when they are there. I do occasionally, like today, feel them more and have a harder time with them but I remind myself to keep moving forward because tomorrow may be better. I’m now having what I call “better” days several times a week even with the symptoms there. I really appreciate these morning emails, they really are helpful.

You always manage to explain things in such a relatable and easy to understand way! Thank you.
Can you please talk to your editor and make a book from The Anxious Morning?
Your writing is good, really good.
Short pieces like this are not easy to write. You are doing a brilliant job.
