Absolutely golden advice here, I got so much out of this episode. It’s all about context, and in reminding ourselves of this in those very difficult moments/periods of perceived disaster and follow-on thoughts and feelings… but gosh how easy it is to forget when those moments land in life! A great and timely common sense reminder, as ever🙏🏼
Thanks Drew I was about to take a diazepam because I have a breast screening in 2 hrs, which would be my usual behaviour, but this has helped me to not take the tablet as it will make no difference to my experience.
