A beautiful, uplifting and encouraging lesson, thank you for yr words of wisdom Kimberley. Accepting and allowing… oh so simple yet oh so difficult! Esp. as it also means slowing right down or even stopping in the moment. Hard for me even at the best of times. More practice needed (& there’s never any shortage of great opportunities to practice for me… silver linings huh😆)

What a simple yet powerful message. I've saved this in a note on my phone so I can read it again when I need it. xoxox

I thought this lesson was quite beautiful. I could picture myself in slow, graceful, acceptance dance with my arms around myself.

Thank you for being here🙏🌈🌈

Thanks, to Kimberly. Stay with the experience without assigning meaning. My shoulders are really tight now. It is really uncomfortable so I will try my hardest to stay with it. It is hard though, really difficult.

Drew I NEEDED to hear this! I feel like I am doing great handling symptoms which are very minimal but struggling with emotions of sadness that comes in waves! I don’t like them they are uncomfortable so I wrestle with them and unfortunately they are getting the upper hand thus far. I am not sure how to make room. It hasn’t clicked with me like the other tools have. Can you expand a bit more on this? When the waves come I feel like I need to do something. Damn I feel like this is my last step in understanding all this and I’m stuck! As always, love you big guy!

Really, same tools in the end. The same way you can practice allowing a racing heart - acknowledging it without feeling the need to do anything about it - you can do the same with feeling sad. "I'm sad today. That's OK. I'm allowed to be sad.". This is uncomfortable and might even feel dangerous, but its far better than demanding to find a way to stop emotions or banish them quickly when they arrive.

What a great podcast. Stay with the experience without assigning meaning. Bad ass! Cheers to learning that discomfort is not dangerous 💪🏼🙏🏼
