Thanks again Drew. I've never felt like I fitted in any group. I've been a loner for most of my life. Does your words apply to your partner too. Always treading on egg shells hoping not to upset.
The only person that we can make happy is ourselves. I have lost friendships because I had to step back and focus on me and what I needed to do to work through my anxiety.
