Just realized I was doing this with my sleep anxiety. Hoping it goes away but it returns on occasion. Any suggestions on dealing with the fear of not being able to sleep which causes me not to be able to sleep? Sounds weird right? I self sabotage!

Awee Drew. What a lesson to learn right after a dark day. Fear took over some of my hours and I felt broken (now bruised, not broken). But that was just adrenaline from a sleepless night. From someone who never believed we had the power to heal from panic, I have been slowly turning that key to the other side.

I love this. I need this every day . I am a typical this is so awful I can’t cope , but it’s true , I have so far !! As awful as it has felt , and as dark as it has felt , I’m still here ? Wishing for better feelings and times I guess is just standing waiting as time goes by .
