Last night, after doing my exposure, I had a thought of oh, I feel like shit, then I remembered the whole thing of ,...of course you're going to feel like shit after an exposure....then I was able to let it go.......😲It's really easy to fall into wanting instant gratification....rather than just letting things be and trusting the process.

Thank you Drew for your daily work. I already marked several episodes as favourites for me to listen to them again and again. Its really hard to work through fears and worries everyday, even though i am aware of it.

Great post, taking a non-transactional approach applies to yoga practice as well... This mindset helps to prevent something called “end gaining” (from FMS Alexander of the Alexander Technique). In the focus on, and rush towards, the end result we inevitably miss the many subtle realisations that are key to the process of change.
